Peaberry is the coffee bean grade size usually sold as a separate grade. It is  a rounded bean where only one seed has developed within the cherry, as opposed to the usual two.  This enhanced coffee possesses an intense, rich, sweet flavor.

n 2003, the first conference of Women Coffee Producers was held in Peru. Their objective was to raise social standing and promote leadership of all women growers around the world including Guatemala . Their goal was to establish the first fair trade coffee produced by women only. Today, over 700 women coffee farmers are involved with the project and participate in all areas of production. This Guatemala  coffee is medium-bodied with a light acidity, sweet aroma, and hints of chocolate that are intensified by a slow, medium roast for a outstanding morning coffee.
