Sumatra Mandheling Gr.1
Sumatra,
in the Indonesia Archipelago, has a wonderful, heavy coffee of its own.
Mandheling has a earthy aroma and low acidity, which makes its flavor full and
rich. The woodsmoke-like, syrupy aftertaste would top off a heavy meal. Blend
with a sharp, snappy, acidic coffee, such as a Kenya, Tanzania or a Central
American for that fabulous secret, signature blend that everyone keeps asking
about. This is a great bean for hot or cold coffee drinks. It is highly
recommended at a dark roast, but a medium roast is satisfactory. You decide!

Sumatra Aged Mandheling
Sumatra, in the
Indonesia Archipelago, has a wonderful, heavy coffee of its own. Aged
Mandheling is produced by storing the coffee bean in a climate-controlled
warehouse for a period of four to five years. In this process the green coffee
beans will age, allowing the body to slowly increase in heaviness, while the
acidity gradually declines; leaving a rich, syrupy coffee. Blend with a
sharp, snappy, acidic coffee, such as a Kenya, Tanzania or a Central American,
for that fabulous secret, signature blend that everyone keeps asking about.
This is a great bean for hot or cold coffee drinks. It is highly recommended
at a dark roast but a medium roast is satisfactory. You decide!
