  El Salvador  Fair Trade Certified® 

The flavor of Salvadorian coffee is mild, with good balance, medium body, sharp acidity and a hint of sweetness. The best grade of Salvadorian coffee is called strictly high grown. All coffees are produced using the wet-process.  El Salvador produces an excellent Fair Trade Certified® organic coffee under the brand name of Pipil. All coffees are produced using the wet-process.

  El Salvador Alta Mira Plantation (SHG)

Finca Alta Mira has volcanic rich soil, a high altitude of 5000 feet, towering lines of shade trees,  fresh afternoon mists and old bourbon Arabica coffee plants. It remains one of the most beautiful and high-quality coffee producing plantations in the country.  It is superbly mild, with a pleasant balance, medium body. The balanced acidity even has a touch of chocolate nuttiness.  Roast at medium dark with a Indonesia coffee for a great cup to enjoy in the afternoon!
