  Ethiopia Harrar Longberry 

The district of Harrar is located in the Northeast area of Ethiopia at about 5,000 to 6,000 feet above sea level .  Longberry is a large, long-pointed bean.  They are grown by hand on small peasant plots and processed carefully by the traditional, dry method which brings out characteristic wild, blueberry undertones, flowery aroma, medium acidity and heavy wine-like body.  With all this in one coffee bean just roast to the second crack to bring out the natural wild fruitiness or dark roast for a more pungent cup.  A very special treat with any blueberry dessert!

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe 

Ethiopia is located in Northeast Africa bordering the Red Sea. This is the birth place of coffee as the Arabica tree originated in Ethiopia.  Yirgacheffe is the most famed southern Ethiopian specialty coffee. Its clean and bright acidity, light body and rich mysterious finish lingers teasingly on the palate.  A medium roast is best for use by itself or roast dark to blend with Java or Sumatra. Brew up a cup of this fabulous coffee and become a fan of it all day long!
