Out of stock
The Finca Agua
Fresca is located at the foot of the Cerro del Diablo natural reserve in the
North Central Region of Nicaragua in the state of Jinotega. The coffee is
generally grown on a steep terrain on the mountain highland under native forest
and traditional poly-culture shade. The altitude ranges from 3750 to 4350 feet,
with temperatures below 71.6° F and rainfall between 78.75 to 94.43 inches per
year. There is an abundance of water coming from many streams to eventually end
in the Jigüiana River, thus the name Agua Fresca (Fresh Water). This coffee has
a bright acidity, medium body, and floral overtones. Medium roast for a
fantastic cup!
